Digitalization has affected all spheres of government and business activity. Public services for the population have almost completely moved to digital platforms.

Clouds have de facto become the standard for launching startups, and this trend is also relevant for developing countries. Many start up teams initially begin developing on the cloud infrastructure because they do not want or do not have the opportunity to invest in their own servers. With the help of the clouds, they can test hypotheses by adding or removing servers on click and paying only for the resources they actually used. For them, the speed of bringing the product to the market is important, so they actively use platform tools to develop their solutions. Large businesses are also interested in the possibilities of clouds - these are companies from industries such as telecom, retail, finance, and the oil industry. From them we see two main requests. The first is to ensure the resiliency of digital services so that the application can withstand peak demand caused by seasonal factors, rapid growth in the number of users, or the launch of new features. The second request is the need to work with large data arrays. Ready-made tools are available in the cloud that allow you to structure and analyze data. Fintech and e-commerce, educational and entertainment digital services are actively developing. We see that the next step in the transformation of the market should be the transition to platform automation and the development of digital ecosystems.

The development of clouds has some barriers and that depends from country to country. In some states there is a lack of trust from business representatives who are still preferring to use in house technologies. Also there is a legal barrier like requirement of physical location of servers. Governments insists that servers must be located on the territory of the country if it contains data about its citizens.
